Process during the commissioning:• I will work on the sketch and send you a WIP. This will be your first opportunity for a revision. You will have 3 working days to reply for any changes. After this I will begin working on it more.
• All WIPs will be sent with a watermark!
• You can ask for progress images throughout but reminder that you only have three free revisions.
• I will update you if I have an issues throughout, but I will upload WIPS at the sketch, line art and colouring stages. This may differ depending on commission type.
• After completing the commission (ensuring I have been paid completely) I will send the full-resolution file without a watermark through email.ㅤㅤ

Reminders:• All commission enquiries must be sent with everything asked in the KOFI request. This is for all the needed information I need
to work on your request!•The information needed is:
- Provide your Name// Contact information. This is so I know what you are most comfortable with communicating through. This can be through, twitter, discord, kofi or email.
- Add your Email address (as this is what I will be sending the final high-res image through - unless stated otherwise)
- What you would like me to do? The more detailed the better!! This can be a pose, the character you want, a specific mood or background etc.
- Please if possible, provide as many references as you can :D
- Please ensure you have selected all the correct information in the add-ons section.
- Ensure you have selected the correct licence for the art :))

• Commissioners will only receive a digital file. There will be no physical copy sent!ㅤ
• Any rude and disrespectful customers will have their commissions declined or cancelled with a refund depending on the progress. This alongside breaking any of the TOS will get you blacklisted.

• Payment is via Kofi (paypal can be connected to kofi)
• Other payment plans can be discussed.Other Fees:
• Revisions after 3 times: £5 per revision
• Commercial use: Stated in the kofi commission in add-ons!
There are 2 commercial licenses.
• Deadline/Rush Fee: If you need the commission to be finished within a short time. This will be discussed. (not found in add-ons section.) Please include the time limit and price you are willing to pay in the request box in kofi. OR, by dming me. Then we will further negotiate. This payment will be paid via Kofi.
• Private/NDA Fee: 25% of the total price of the commission
Example: you ordered [xyz with add-ons] the total cost of this is = £25, you asked for it to be private. This fee would cost you £6.25 extra. This fee similar to the rush fee, will not be in the add-ons section, but added on afterwards - Paid via Kofi.What does the private/NDA free mean?
• It means I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, upload to my portfolio or stream the process anywhere.
• It also means you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers and details yourself on social media until finished.

Revisions:• Free revisison up to 3 times. E.g: If the image is completed with a mistake (incorrect details, misread description) However, please try to notify me during the first sketch if you notice anything incorrect. More than 3 will be an extra fee of £5 per revision.
• I will not completely redraw a commission from scratch once complete. The opportunity for correction was made clear at the start.
• If you wish to cancel, message me. Refunds will be partial depending on level of completion in the artwork.
• Chargebacks AFTER artwork has been completed will result in an immediate & public blacklisting.

Working dates:• Unless specified there is a deadline, all commissions can take anywhere up to 1-2 months after confirmation. If a commission is not completed within this period of time, the client is entitled to a full refund.
• Please allow 2-5 working day from sending a message for a reply!
• I do not accept deadlines that are within 2 working days of ordering the commission. (this can change depending on my circumstances)
• If your commission has a deadline, please tell me this as soon as possible and we can discuss more. Please note that this will have an extra fee depending on the commission type.

Refunds:• You can be refunded under these circumstances.
I have declined your commission.
Where I am physically unable to finish your request and I have failed to complete the commission within the working dates. If you wish to cancel, but this does depend on level of completion in the artwork. - if it almost finished, you can not be refunded.ㅤㅤ
Personal/Commerical Use:• I reserve the right to post/use the commissioned artwork. Hence, I am free to use it to promote myself and post it on my own platforms. Private/NDA fees will be 25% of the price.
• I forbid the resale of my artwork, with regards to regular illustrations commissioned for personal use. The client cannot sell or reproduce the finished commission in any capacity. Unless stated beforehand that you wish for a commercial licence. Which will be discussed more if that is the case.
• Do not edit or modify, make merchandise of, claim credit or use for advertising with any artwork that has been commissioned. You can upload the commission but with credit.
